Current application and effectiveness of narrative nursing in pediatric outpatient nurses
叙事护理在儿科门诊护士中的应用现状及效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在儿科门诊护理中应用叙事护理的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2024年12月内就诊的60例患儿以及患儿父母为研究对象，按照护理模式的不同分为对照组30例常规护理，观察组30例实施叙事护理，对比患儿的依从性以及整体护理效果。结果 观察组患儿依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义P﹤0.05。观察组的患儿父母HAMA焦虑评分低于对照组，同时护理纠纷事件发生率低于对照组，NSNS护理满意评分高于对照组，结论 在儿科门诊护理中应用叙事护理能提高患儿的依从性，利于护理工作和诊疗顺利开展的同时为良好的护患关系奠定基础，患儿父母焦虑改善且认可护理服务。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of narrative nursing in pediatric outpatient nursing.
Methods Sixty pediatric patients and their parents who received medical treatment between January 2022 and December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to different nursing modes, they were divided into a control group of 30 patients receiving routine nursing and an observation group of 30 patients receiving narrative nursing. The compliance and overall nursing effect of the pediatric patients were compared.
Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The HAMA anxiety scores of the parents of the children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that in the control group. The NSNS nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,
Conclusion   The application of narrative nursing in pediatric outpatient nursing can improve the compliance of pediatric patients, facilitate the smooth implementation of nursing work and diagnosis and treatment, and lay the foundation for a good nurse patient relationship. The anxiety of pediatric parents can be improved and nursing services can be recognized.
