目的 评估脑卒中后偏瘫患者经康复护理干预后神经功能、生活能力恢复情况。方法 择120例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象，随机均分为两组，即对照组（60例，常规护理干预）、观察组（60例，康复护理干预），比较两组神经功能、生活能力、肢体功能、生活质量。结果 观察组患者神经功能、肢体功能、生活质量以及生活能力显著恢复，与对照组相比较P<0.05。结论 对脑卒中后偏瘫患者实施康复护理干预，可有效改善患者神经功能，提高其生活能力，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the recovery of neurological function and daily living abilities in hemiplegic patients after stroke through rehabilitation nursing interventions. Methods A total of 120 hemiplegic stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (60 cases, conventional nursing intervention) and the observation group (60 cases, rehabilitation nursing intervention). The neurological function, daily living abilities, limb function, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group showed significant improvements in neurological function, limb function, quality of life, and daily living abilities compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing rehabilitation nursing interventions for hemiplegic stroke patients can effectively improve neurological function and enhance daily living abilities, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
