Effect of continuity rehabilitation nursing on the life self-care ability and treatment compliance of patients with cerebral infarction
延续性康复护理对脑梗死患者生活自理能力、治疗依从性的影响

摘要

目的 探究脑梗死患者应用延续性康复护理干预后的生活自理能力、治疗依从性的变化。方法 选择80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象，随机均分两组，即对照组（40例，常规出院指导）、观察组（40例，延续性康复护理干预），比较两组患者神经功能、肢体功能、自我管理水平、生活自理能力以及治疗依从性。结果 观察组患者的神经功能、肢体功能、自我管理水平以及生活自理能力均得到显著提升，与对照组相比较，P<0.05；观察组患者治疗依从性高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在脑梗死患者出院后，为患者落实延续性康复护理干预，可改善其神经功能、肢体功能，提高自我管理水平、生活自理能力及治疗依从性，值得广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes in self-care ability and treatment adherence among stroke patients after receiving continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention.
Methods A total of 80 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (40 cases, receiving routine discharge instructions) and the observation group (40 cases, receiving continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention). The neurological function, limb function, self-management level, self-care ability, and treatment adherence of both groups were compared.
Results The observation group showed significant improvements in neurological function, limb function, self-management level, and self-care ability (P<0.05 compared to the control group). Additionally, the observation group demonstrated higher treatment adherence (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention after discharge for stroke patients can effectively improve neurological function, limb function, self-management level, self-care ability, and treatment adherence. This approach is worthy of widespread promotion.
