Effect of cluster nursing intervention on recovery effect and quality of life in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease
集束化护理干预对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病人恢复效果及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探究集束化护理方案对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者康复成效与生活品质的潜在影响，以期为临床护理实践提供科学依据。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间，本院收治的80例该症患者，随机均分为两组，各40例。对照组施行常规护理措施，观察组则在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理干预。对比两组患者干预前后生活自理能力、机体康复状态及生存质量评估分数的变化情形。结果 干预后，观察组病人的日常生活能力评分、功能康复情况评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理可显著提升下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者康复效果与生活品质，宜推广。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the potential impact of cluster nursing program on the rehabilitation effect and the quality of life of patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusions, in order to provide scientific basis for clinical nursing practice.
Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients each. The control group implemented routine nursing measures, and the observation group implemented cluster nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of self-care ability, rehabilitation status and quality of life assessment scores between the two groups before intervention.
Results After the intervention, the daily living ability scores, functional rehabilitation scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Cluster care can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect and life quality of patients of lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusive disease, which should be promoted.
