The Application of continuous nursing program based on micro-video in the daytime care of cancer patients
基于微视频的延续性护理方案在肿瘤患者日间护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨基于微视频的延续性护理方案在肿瘤患者日间护理中的应用价值。方法 研究样本为我院收治的90例肿瘤日间化疗患者，研究起止时段为2023年1月至2025年4月。随机数字法分为观察组（基于微视频的延续性护理）和对照组（常规护理），每组各45例。比较两组护理前后的生活质量，对比两组健康教育知识掌握程度评分和满意度评分。结果 护理后，观察组生活质量评分、健康教育知识掌握程度评分以及满意度评分均高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 综上所述，基于微视频的延续性护理方案能满足日间化疗肿瘤患者的健康教育知识需求，提高患者的生活质量，增加护理满意度，建议推广与使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of the continuous nursing program based on micro-video in the daytime care of cancer patients.
Methods The research samples were 90 patients with daytime chemotherapy for tumors admitted to our hospital. The study period was from January 2023 to April 2025. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group (continuous care based on micro-video) and the control group (conventional care) by the random number method, with 45 cases in each group. The quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing was compared, and the scores of the mastery of health education knowledge and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After the nursing care, the scores of quality of life, mastery of health education knowledge and satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In summary, the continuous nursing program based on micro-videos can meet the health education knowledge needs of tumor patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy, improve their quality of life, increase nursing satisfaction, and is recommended for promotion and application.
