预康复是基于加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS）技术衍生的术前管理新策略，旨在通过术前干预提高患者的器官功能和代谢储备以进一步加速手术恢复。预康复强调优化患者术前器官功能，提升患者在康复中的积极角色，该策略的发展和支持需要多学科的合作。本文综述了基于MDT模式下预康复策略在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中实施的必要性、应用现状及干预措施等方面进行综述，为预康复在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的进一步推广提供参考。
Pre-rehabilitation is a new preoperative management strategy derived from enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) technology, aiming to improve the organ function and metabolic reserve of patients through preoperative intervention to further accelerate surgical recovery. Pre-rehabilitation emphasizes optimizing the preoperative organ functions of patients and enhancing their positive role in rehabilitation. The development and support of this strategy require multidisciplinary collaboration. This article reviews the necessity, application status and intervention measures of the pre-rehabilitation strategy based on the MDT model in patients with gynecological malignant tumors, providing a reference for the further promotion of pre-rehabilitation in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.
