The application of post-abortion care services in patients after induced abortion
流产后关爱服务在人工流产术后患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨流产后关爱（PAC）服务对人工流产术后患者生殖健康认知、避孕行为及术后情绪状态的改善效果，为术后康复护理提供实践依据。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年9月门诊90例人工流产患者，随机分对照组（45例，常规术后护理）与实验组（45例，常规护理+全程PAC服务）。采用生殖健康知识问卷、避孕行为记录表及SAS量表评估效果。结果 实验组生殖健康知识评分高于对照组，正确避孕率高于对照组，SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 PAC服务可提升术后患者生殖健康认知，促进科学避孕行为，缓解负面情绪，值得临床常规应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of Post-Abortion Care(PAC)services on reproductive health awareness, contraceptive behaviors, and postoperative emotional well-being among patients undergoing induced abortion, providing evidence-based guidance for clinical rehabilitation.
Methods A total of 90 patients(January 2024-September 2025)were randomly assigned to either a control group(45 patients, standard postoperative care)or an experimental group(45 patients, standard care plus comprehensive PAC services).Outcomes were assessed using a reproductive health knowledge questionnaire, contraceptive behavior records, and the SAS scale.
Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores in reproductive health knowledge, better contraceptive compliance, and lower SAS scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion   PAC services effectively enhance postoperative reproductive health awareness, promote evidence-based contraceptive practices, and alleviate negative emotions, making them clinically valuable for routine implementation.
