The application and efficacy of integrated nursing in lupus nephritis
综合护理在系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎中的应用疗效

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理在系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎中的应用效果。方法 研究对象均出自2023年5月至2024年5月间我院收治的系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎患者中，收集人数80例。采用双色球分组法进行组间划分，每组归入40例（n=40），参照组行传统护理，研究组行综合护理，并以负性情绪、生活质量、并发症发生率、护理满意度为观察指标，评价两种护理方案的疗效差异。结果 干预后，研究组各项指标数值均显著优于参照组（P＜0.05）；护理满意度以97.50％对比80.00％，充分彰显了试验价值（P＜0.05）。结论 在系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎患者临床护理过程中，综合护理模式的实际应用效果尤为显著。无论在焦虑、抑郁情绪的缓解上，生活质量的改善上，并发症发生率的降低上，还是在护理满意度的提高上，均显优常规护理，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis (SLE nephritis).
Methods The study subjects were selected from SLE nephritis patients treated at our hospital between May 2023 and May 2024, with a total of 80 patients included. Using the double-ballot grouping method, patients were divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group (n=40). The control group received conventional nursing, while the study group received comprehensive nursing. The observation indicators included negative emotions, quality of life, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction, to evaluate the differences in efficacy between the two nursing approaches.
Results After the intervention, all indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); nursing satisfaction was 97.50% compared to 80.00%, fully demonstrating the experimental value (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical nursing of patients with SLE nephritis, the practical application of the comprehensive nursing model is particularly significant. It outperforms conventional nursing in alleviating anxiety and depression, improving quality of life, reducing the incidence of complications, and increasing nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion.
