目的 讨论及研究基于SHEL模式的消化内镜中心护理风险管理。方法 选择2024年1月-2024年12月份于我消化内镜中心工作的40名工作人员进行研究，2024年1月-2024年6月为常规管理为对照组，2024年7月-2024年12月为基于SHEL模式管理，为实验组，分析患者满意度，明确患者护理风险事件发生率。结果 通过开展不同的管理模式后，判断患者满意度，实验组优于对照组，P<0.05，对比护理风险发生率，实验组更低，p<0.05。结论 在消化内镜中心开展基于SHEL模式的护理风险管理，可以提升患者的满意度，降低护理风险发生频次，促进护理质量的提升，值得提倡。
Objective To discuss and study the risk management of nursing care in gastroenterology endoscopy centers based on the SHEL model. Methods A total of 40 staff members working at our gastroenterology endoscopy center were selected for the study from January 2024 to December 2024. The control group received routine management from January 2024 to June 2024. The experimental group adopted SHEL model management from July 2024 to December 2024. Patient satisfaction was analyzed and the incidence of nursing risk events was evaluated. Results After implementing different management models, patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of nursing risks in the experimental group was also significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing SHEL model-based nursing risk management in gastroenterology endoscopy centers can enhance patient satisfaction, reduce the frequency of nursing risks, and improve nursing quality. This approach is recommended for implementation.
