Analysis of the clinical effect of the health management and nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the physical examination center
体检中心应用基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理 护理模式的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨体检中心应用基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理护理模式的临床效果分析。方法 选择健康体检中心2022年10月-2025年2月接收的100例受检者，随机分组。对照组接受常规护理，观察组给予基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理护理模式。对比两组体检护理质量。结果 观察组心理状态优于对照组，体检意外事件发生率低于对照组，体检耗时短于对照组，满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在体检中心应用基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理护理模式，能够改善受检者不良情绪，减少体检风险事件的发生，提高体检效率，增强患者对体检管理的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect analysis of applying the health management and nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in physical examination centers.
Methods One hundred subjects received by the health examination center from October 2022 to February 2025 were selected and randomly grouped. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was given a health management care model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Compare the quality of physical examination care between the two groups.
Results The psychological state of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the incidence of unexpected events during physical examinations was lower than that of the control group, the physical examination time was shorter than that of the control group, and the satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the health management and nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the physical examination center can improve the negative emotions of the examinees, reduce the occurrence of physical examination risk events, enhance the efficiency of physical examinations, and increase patients' satisfaction with physical examination management.
