目的 探究微课结合CBL混合式教学法用于呼吸与危重症医学科护理实习教学中的成效。方法 选取2024年10月至2025年10月期间在本院呼吸与危重症医学科护理实习的42名实习护生,通过抽单双号法平均分组。一组21名护生进行传统教学设为参照组;一组21名护生进行微课结合CBL混合式教学设为研究组。对比两组的学习成效、教学质量等情况。结果 研究组教学质量评分均较参照组显著偏高(P<0.05)。研究组学习成效评分较参照组显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论 微课结合CBL 混合式教学法用于呼吸与危重症医学科护理实习教学中,可有效改善教学质量,能显著提升实习护生的学习成效,应大力推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the micro-lecture combined with CBL blended teaching method in the nursing internship teaching of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. Methods From October 2024 to October 2025, 42 nursing interns in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital were selected and evenly divided into two groups by the odd-even number method. One group of 21 interns received traditional teaching and was set as the control group; the other group of 21 interns received micro-lecture combined with CBL blended teaching and was set as the experimental group. The learning effectiveness and teaching quality of the two groups were compared. Results The teaching quality scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The learning effectiveness scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The micro-lecture combined with CBL blended teaching method in the nursing internship teaching of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine can effectively improve teaching quality and significantly enhance the learning effectiveness of interns, and should be widely promoted.
