目的 探讨人文关怀导向的护理干预对急诊科急危重症患者负性情绪及就医体验的影响。方法 选取2024年我院急诊科80例急危重症住院患者开展研究,采用随机数字表进行分组,两组各纳入40例,对照组采用标准急诊护理流程,观察组采用常规护理联合人文关怀的干预模式,对比干预前后两组的负面情绪水平及就医满意度情况。结果 干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组就医体验满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀导向的护理干预可有效缓解急诊科急危重症患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,显著提升患者就医体验满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the impact of humanistic care-oriented nursing intervention on negative emotions and healthcare experience in critically ill patients in the emergency department. Methods A total of 80 critically ill inpatients from the emergency department of our hospital in 2024 were selected for the study. Patients were randomly assigned using a random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received standard emergency nursing procedures, while the observation group received routine nursing combined with humanistic care intervention. The levels of negative emotions and healthcare satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were significantly reduced compared to pre-intervention levels (P<0.05), with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group (P<0.05). The healthcare experience satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than the 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care-oriented nursing intervention can effectively alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in critically ill patients in the emergency department, significantly improving healthcare satisfaction. This approach is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
