The impact of humanistic care nursing on the treatment compliance and psychological status of patients with chronic liver disease in the infectious disease department
人文关怀护理对感染科慢性肝病患者治疗依从性及心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 探讨人文关怀护理在感染科慢性肝病患者中的应用效果，分析其对患者治疗依从性、心理状态及生活质量的改善作用。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年9月我院感染科收治的60例慢性肝病患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上开展系统性人文关怀护理，比较两组治疗依从性、心理状态、自我效能感及生活质量。结果 观察组MMAS-8、GSES评分高于对照组，SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、疾病症状均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理可有效提升感染科慢性肝病患者的治疗依从性与自我效能感，缓解焦虑、抑郁负性情绪，全面改善生活质量，符合“以患者为中心”的护理理念，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with chronic liver disease in the infectious disease department, and analyze its improvement effect on patients' treatment compliance, psychological status, and quality of life.
Methods Sixty patients with chronic liver disease admitted to the Infectious Diseases Department of our hospital from June 2024 to September 2025 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received systematic humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing care. The treatment compliance, psychological status, self-efficacy, and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
Results The MMAS-8 and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group. Physiological function, psychological function, social function, and disease symptoms were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic care nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance and self-efficacy of patients with chronic liver disease in the infectious disease department, alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and comprehensively improve their quality of life. It conforms to the nursing concept of "patient-centered" and is worthy of clinical promotion.
