本文结合某三甲医院系统探究全生命周期精细化管理的实施路径，通过建立信息化管理平台、优化管理流程、明确责任体系等措施，实现设备管理的标准化、智能化与追溯化，显著提升设备使用安全性、运行效率及临床满意度，为医院手术室设备管理提供实践参考。
This paper systematically investigates the implementation pathway of refined management throughout the entire lifecycle, in the context of a tertiary-level hospital. Through the establishment of an information management platform, optimization of management processes, and clarification of the responsibility system, it achieves standardization, intelligence, and traceability in equipment management. These efforts significantly enhance equipment usage safety, operational efficiency, and clinical satisfaction, thereby providing a practical reference for the management of operating room equipment in hospitals.
