总结1例7岁10个月传染性单核细胞增多症的女性患儿的查房经验。住院期间，根据该患儿的具体临床情况制定了详细而科学的护理措施，并通过交互式宣教+思维导图介绍相关护理干预措施，并掌握患儿实际情况以及症状变化，讲解如何预防潜在并发症及出院健康教育、定期复诊等综合性护理方法，为护理此类患儿提供经验。
This paper summarizes the experience of ward round for a 7-year-old and 10-month-old female patient with infectious mononucleosis. During the hospitalization, detailed and scientific nursing measures were formulated based on the specific clinical situation of the patient. Interactive education and mind mapping were used to introduce relevant nursing intervention measures, and the actual situation and symptom changes of the patient were mastered. How to prevent potential complications, discharge health education, and regular follow-up were explained. Comprehensive nursing methods were provided to offer experience for nursing such patients.
