本文系统梳理华北、华东、西南三地在裂缝、坑槽、沉陷判定标准上的差异,并从管理主体定位、检测技术异构性与分类逻辑冲突三个维度深入剖析成因。针对上述问题,提出“四阶段协同标准框架”、跨手段融合机制及动态监督更新体系,构建覆盖“制定—实施—反馈”的标准统一路径。研究结果为提升病害识别标准的科学性、适配性与工程可执行性提供了系统方案与理论支撑。
This paper systematically reviews the differences in the criteria for determining cracks, potholes, and subsidence in North China, East China, and Southwest China, and delves into the underlying causes from three dimensions: management entity positioning, heterogeneity of detection technologies, and conflicts in classification logic. In response to the aforementioned issues, a "four-stage collaborative standard framework", a cross-method fusion mechanism, and a dynamic monitoring and updating system are proposed, establishing a standardized path encompassing "formulation - implementation - feedback". The research findings provide a systematic approach and theoretical support for enhancing the scientificity, adaptability, and engineering executability of disease identification standards.
