全程质控管理对消毒供应室护理管理质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究分析全程质控管理对消毒供应室护理管理质量的影响。方法 回顾性2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内消毒供应室医疗器械共300个，作为此次研究对象。其中2024年1月至2024年6月的150个医疗器械为对照组，接受常规管理。2024年7月至2024年12月的150个医疗器械为观察组，接受全程质控管理。对比两组消毒灭菌合格率以及消毒供应室护理管理质量。结果 观察组消毒灭菌合格率以及消毒供应室护理管理质量评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 全程质控管理可显著改善消毒供应室消毒灭菌合格率以及护理管理质量，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of full process quality control management on the quality of nursing management in disinfection supply rooms.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 300 cases of medical equipment in the hospital disinfection supply room from January 2024 to December 2024. Among them, 150 medical devices from January 2024 to June 2024 were used as the control group and received routine management. 150 medical devices from July 2024 to December 2024 were included in the observation group and underwent full process quality control management. Compare the qualified rates of disinfection and sterilization between two groups, as well as the quality of nursing management in the disinfection supply room.
Results The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in the observation group and the quality score of nursing management in the disinfection supply room were higher than those in the control group, P＜0.05, The difference is statistically significant.
Conclusion   Full process quality control management can significantly improve the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in the disinfection supply room, as well as the quality of nursing management, and is worthy of promotion and application.
