基于TPACK框架下的临床教学在康复护理实践教学中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨基于TPACK(技术、教学与内容知识)框架的临床教学模式在康复护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年7月至2025年4月在康复医学科实习的护理实习生60名,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30名。对照组采用传统临床教学模式,观察组实施基于TPACK框架的临床教学。干预结束后,比较两组护理实习生的理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩、岗位胜任力评分及教学满意度。结果 观察组理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组岗位胜任力总分及临床实践能力、独立学习能力、团队协作能力、沟通交流技巧各维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度96.67%高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于TPACK框架的临床教学可有效提升康复护理实习生的理论知识掌握程度、实践操作技能、岗位胜任力及教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the clinical teaching model based on the TPACK(Technology, Instruction and Content Knowledge)framework in the practical teaching of rehabilitation nursing.
Methods Sixty nursing interns who were doing internships in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine from July 2024 to April 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 interns in each group. The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode, while the observation group implemented clinical teaching based on the TPACK framework. After the intervention, the theoretical examination scores, skills assessment scores, job competency scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.
Results The theoretical examination scores and skills assessment scores of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of job competence and the scores of each dimension such as clinical practice ability, independent learning ability, teamwork ability and communication skills in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Clinical teaching based on the TPACK framework can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge mastery, practical operation skills, job competence and teaching satisfaction of rehabilitation nursing interns.
