Effect of specialized venous therapy nursing on treatment compliance of patients with central venous catheterization through peripheral venous puncture
静脉治疗专科护理对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管患者治疗依从性的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究静脉治疗专科护理对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取本院2023年2月至2024年2月收治的行PICC患者96例。按照数字表法分为对照组与观察组各48例。对照组给予常规护理；观察组给予静脉治疗专科护理。对比两组患者治疗依从性、并发症率、生活质量。结果 观察组患者治疗依从性、生活质量评分（SF-36）均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。此外观察组患者治疗期间并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 静脉治疗专科护理用于PICC患者护理干预中，可有效驱动患者形成自我遵医行为，进而减少导管相关不良并发症的发生，全面提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of specialized nursing in intravenous therapy on the treatment compliance of patients undergoing central venous catheterization through peripheral venipuncture.
Methods 96 patients undergoing PICC admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected. Divided into a control group and an observation group of 48 cases each according to the numerical table method. The control group received routine care; The observation group received specialized nursing care for intravenous therapy. Compare the treatment compliance, complication rate, and quality of life between two groups of patients.
Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the quality of life score (SF-36) was also significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The specialized nursing of intravenous therapy used in PICC patient care intervention can effectively drive patients to form self compliance behavior, thereby reducing the occurrence of adverse complications related to catheterization and comprehensively improving patients' quality of life.
