Evidence based nursing effect analysis of ICU mechanical ventilation with CRRT treatment for patients
ICU机械通气行CRRT治疗患者的循证护理效果分析

摘要

目的 观察分析ICU机械通气行CRRT治疗患者的循证护理效果。方法 选取本院2023年3月至2024年3月收治的56例ICU机械通气行CRRT治疗患者为研究对象。按照患者住院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组。对照组（2023年3月-9月）给予常规护理干预；观察组（2023年10月-2024年3月）给予循证护理。对比两组患者肾功能、呼吸功能及并发症率。结果 观察组患者肾功能、呼吸功能评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05），此外观察组患者并发症率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理应用于ICU机械通气行CRRT患者治疗中，可有效提升患者肾功能及呼吸功能，安全可靠。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the evidence-based nursing effect of mechanical ventilation in ICU patients undergoing CRRT treatment.
Methods 56 ICU mechanically ventilated patients undergoing CRRT treatment admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of hospitalization. The control group (March to September 2023) received routine nursing interventions; The observation group (October 2023 to March 2024) received evidence-based nursing care. Compare the renal function, respiratory function, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results The renal function and respiratory function scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of ICU mechanically ventilated patients undergoing CRRT can effectively improve their renal and respiratory function, and is safe and reliable.
