Application of personalized positioning nursing combined with psychological intervention in patients undergoing early pregnancy renal puncture surgery
个性化体位护理联合心理干预对孕早期肾穿刺术患者的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨个性化体位护理联合心理干预对孕早期肾穿刺术患者的应用效果。方法 于2024年9月-2025年9月期间，选取16例孕早期肾穿刺术患者为研究对象，数字随机表法将患者分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以个性化体位护理联合心理干预，对比干预效果。结果 观察组较对照组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分明显降低（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组穿刺成功率提高（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组并发症发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论 对孕早期肾穿刺术患者实施个性化体位护理联合心理干预，既可以缓解患者的负面情绪，还能提高穿刺成功率，减少相关并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized position nursing combined with psychological intervention on patients undergoing early pregnancy renal puncture surgery.
Methods From September 2024 to September 2025, 16 patients undergoing early pregnancy renal puncture surgery were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received personalized position care combined with psychological intervention. The intervention effects were compared.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The success rate of puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing personalized positional nursing combined with psychological intervention for patients undergoing early pregnancy renal puncture can not only alleviate their negative emotions, but also improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
