家庭参与在神经内科护理中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨2024年10月至2025年10月期间家庭参与对神经内科患者护理效果的影响。方法 选取在此期间神经内科收治的100例患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上强化家庭参与，对比两组患者在康复进程、心理状态等方面的各项观察指标，运用统计学方法处理数据。结果 实验组在多项指标上显著优于对照组，表明家庭参与可有效提升神经内科护理质量，促进患者康复。结论 重视家庭参与能为神经内科患者提供更全面支持，优化护理结局，为临床实践提供参考依据。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of family participation on the nursing effect of neurology patients between October 2024 and October 2025.
Methods During this period, 100 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted routine care, and the experimental group strengthened family participation on the basis of routine care, compared the observation indicators of the two groups in the rehabilitation process and psychological state, and used statistical methods to process the data.
Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in several indicators, indicating that family participation can effectively improve the quality of neurology care and promote patient rehabilitation.
Conclusion   Emphasis on family participation can provide more comprehensive support for neurology patients, optimize nursing outcomes, and provide reference basis for clinical practice.
