目的 将肠内营养护理干预用于老年营养不良患者中,对其应用价值进行探讨。方法 选取2023年12月-2024年12月本院收治的120例老年营养不良患者,随机分组,对照组60例行常规护理,观察组60例行肠内营养护理干预,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果 干预前,两组TP、PAB、ALB各项指标水平比较,不具显著差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组各项营养指标水平更高(P<0.05);干预前,两组SF-36各维度评分比较,不具显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SF-36评分更高(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,观察组3.33%更低(P<0.05)。结论 对老年营养不良患者来说,应用肠内营养护理干预既能改善营养指标,还可提高老年患者生活质量,减少并发症发生,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of enteral nutrition nursing intervention in elderly patients with malnutrition. Methods 120 elderly patients with malnutrition admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 60 patients received routine care, while the observation group of 60 patients received enteral nutrition nursing intervention. The intervention results of the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the levels of TP, PAB, and ALB between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the nutritional indicators in the observation group were higher (P < 0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores of the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the two groups was compared, and the incidence in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with malnutrition, the application of enteral nutrition nursing intervention can not only improve nutritional indicators but also enhance the quality of life of elderly patients and reduce the occurrence of complications, demonstrating high application value.
