Relationship analysis between professional quality of cardiovascular medicine nurses and nursing quality
心血管内科护士专业素养与护理质量关系分析

摘要

目的 揭示心血管内科护士专业素养维度构成及其与护理质量的内在关联，为靶向提升专科护理水平提供实证依据。方法 以2024年1-12月某院心血管内科2000例住院患者为研究对象，按护理团队专业素养评估结果分为对照组（护士专业素养达标率＜80%）与实验组（护士专业素养达标率≥80%）各1000例。采用“三维度评估体系”量化护士专业素养，包括专科知识与技能、人文关怀能力、应急处置水平；通过护理不良事件发生率、患者护理满意度、疾病康复达标率评价护理质量。结果 实验组护理不良事件发生率（1.30%）低于对照组（5.70%），患者满意度（97.20%）、疾病康复达标率（89.50%）高于对照组（85.60%、72.30%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 心血管内科护士专业素养与护理质量呈正相关，强化专科知识培训、人文关怀培育及应急能力提升，是优化护理质量的核心路径。

Abstract

Objective To reveal the dimensional composition of professional quality of cardiovascular medicine nurses and its intrinsic correlation with nursing quality, and to provide empirical basis for targeted improvement of specialized nursing level.
Methods A total of 2000 inpatients in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of a hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the evaluation results of the professional quality of the nursing team, they were divided into a control group(nurse professional quality compliance rate＜80%)and an experimental group(nurse professional quality compliance rate≥80%),with 1000 cases in each group. A "three-dimensional evaluation system" was used to quantify nurses' professional quality, including specialized knowledge and skills, humanistic care ability, and emergency response level; nursing quality was evaluated by the incidence of nursing adverse events, patient nursing satisfaction, and disease rehabilitation compliance rate.
Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in the experimental group (1.30%) was lower than that in the control group (5.70%), while the patient satisfaction (97.20%) and disease rehabilitation compliance rate (89.50%) were higher than those in the control group (85.60%, 72.30%), with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The professional quality of cardiovascular medicine nurses is positively correlated with nursing quality. Strengthening specialized knowledge training, humanistic care cultivation and emergency ability improvement is the core path to optimize nursing quality.
