鼓室成形术的手术配合及护理

摘要

目的 观察并总结鼓室成形术的手术配合和护理要点。方法 回顾总结我院2024年1月至12月收治的8例行鼓室成形术治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床资料。结果 8例患者手术均得到顺利配合和护理，鼓室成形手术均获得成功。8例患者手术均顺利进行，手术时间为1.5-2.5h。患者术后切口均愈合良好，且无手术并发症发生，住院时间平均10.75天。患者出院后每周换药，耳道内填塞达克宁或碘仿纱条，一个月左右无分泌物，听力明显改善。结论 鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎成功率高，安全有效，听力明显改善。准确、熟练的手术配合和有效的护理是鼓室成形术取得成功的重要保障。

Abstract

Objective To observe and summarize the operation cooperation and nursing points of tympanoplasty.
Methods the clinical data of 8 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media treated with tympanoplasty in our hospital from January to December 2024 were retrospectively summarized.
Results All the 8 patients received smooth cooperation and nursing during the operation, and all the tympanoplasty operations were successful. The operations of the eight patients were all performed smoothly, and the operation time was 1.5–2.5 h. All of the incisions healed well after surgery and no surgical complications occurred. The average hospital stay was 10.75 days. After the patient was discharged, the dressing was changed every week, and the ear canal was filled with dyclonine or iodoform gauze. There was no secretion for about one month, and the hearing was significantly improved.
Conclusion   Tympanoplasty for chronic suppurative otitis media has a high success rate, is safe and effective, and can obviously improve hearing. Accurate and skilled operation coordination and effective nursing are important guarantees for the success of tympanoplasty.
