Research on the application of traditional Chinese medicine patches in the rehabilitation treatment after intestinal polyps surgery
中医贴敷在肠息肉术后康复治疗中的研究

摘要

目的 探究中医贴敷在肠息肉术后患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2024年1月份至2024年12月份收治的80例患者进行研究，双盲法分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规治疗，实验组在对照组基础上提供中医贴敷，分析两组患者的胃肠道功能恢复情况，评估患者的心理状态以及并发症发生率。结果 干预后，实验组患者的胃肠道功能恢复效果优于对照组，p<0.05，患者的心理状态更佳，p<0.05，对比并发症发生率，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对肠息肉术后患者，提供中医贴敷，使得患者的胃肠道功能得到改善，患者的心理状态得到改善，继而并发症发生率下降，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine application in rehabilitation treatment of postoperative intestinal polyps.
Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the study. They were divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind method, with 40 patients in each group. Routine nursing was provided in the control group, and traditional Chinese medicine was applied in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.
Results After intervention, the gastrointestinal function recovery effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05, the psychological state of the patients was better, p<0.05, compared with nursing satisfaction, the experiment was better than that of the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   For postoperative patients with intestinal polyps, TCM application can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve the normal psychological state, and enhance the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth advocating.
