雾化综合护理用于干眼症患者的效果评价

摘要

目的 针对雾化综合护理在干眼症患者中的应用效果展开分析探讨。方法 设立2023年8月至2024年8月为研讨期限，纳入本时段院内收治的100例干眼症患者为研究主体。采用系统抽样法进行组别划分，每组分配（n=50）。常规护理给予参照组，常规护理+中医特色雾化综合护理（含中药雾化、中医穴位按摩、辨证健康宣教等）予以研究组，最终，对比两组的疗效差异。比对范围涉及：BUT、Schirmer试验泪液分泌量、OSDI、护理满意度。结果 研究组患者在各项指标数值的体现上均显著优于参照组（P＜0.05），这一结果值得深入探讨。结论 中医特色雾化综合护理可有效改善干眼症患者泪膜功能、缓解眼部不适症状，同时提升患者护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of atomization comprehensive nursing in patients with dry eye disease.
Methods Set August 2023 to August 2024 as the discussion period, including 100 cases of dry eye disease treated in the hospital during this period as the research subject The systematic sampling method was used for group division, each group was assigned (n=50). The control group was given routine nursing, and the research group was given routine Chinese characteristic atomization comprehensive nursing (including traditional Chinese medicine atomization, traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage, symptomatic health education, etc.), and finally, the difference between the two groups was compared. The comparison range involved: BUT, Schirmer test tear secretion, OSDI, nursing satisfaction.
Results The patients in the research group had significantly better values in each indicator than the control group (P < 0.05), which was worth further discussion.
Conclusion   Chinese characteristic atomization nursing can effectively improve the tear film function and relieve the symptoms of eye discomfort in patients with dry eye disease, while improving the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth promoting and applying clinical practice.
