目的 探析失效模式与效应（FMEA）在预防麻醉恢复室护理风险事件的效果。方法 选择90例麻醉恢复室患者（2025年6月-2025年9月），随机分2组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用FMEA，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 FMEA护理风险管理可以降低麻醉恢复室不良事件，提高患者满意度，值得推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of Failure Mode and Effects (FMEA) in preventing nursing risk events in the anesthesia recovery room. Methods Ninety patients in the anesthesia recovery room (June 2025 - September 2025) were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional care, while the observation group received FMEA. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group. The differences between the groups were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion FMEA (Nursing Risk Management) can reduce adverse events in the anesthesia recovery room and improve patient satisfaction. It is highly recommended.
