Application and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques based on the concept of "warm and promote circulation and dissolve blood stasis" in gynecological nursing
基于“温通化瘀”理念的中医适宜技术在妇科护理中的实践与疗效评价

摘要

目的 系统分析红外线治疗联合灸法、中药热奄包的中医适宜技术组合方案在妇科护理中的应用效果，明确其对症状改善、疼痛缓解及患者满意度的影响，为妇科疾病非药物治疗提供循证依据。方法 选取2024年9月-2025年9月我院收治的100例妇科病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为研究组（n=50）与参照组（n=50）。参照组实施常规护理干预，研究组在参照组基础上采用中医适宜技术干预（红外线治疗+灸法+中药热奄包治疗）。比较两组症状改善时间、疼痛评分及护理满意度，采用SPSS26.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 研究组症状开始改善时间（3.64±0.59）d、症状完全消失时间（5.13±1.01）d均短于参照组（5.68±0.47）d、（7.24±1.43）d，疼痛评分（2.18±0.12）分低于参照组（3.37±0.35）分，总满意率（100.00%）高于参照组（84.00%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医适宜技术组合方案可显著加速妇科患者临床症状改善，缓解疼痛，提升护理满意度，且操作安全、成本低廉，值得在妇科护理中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To systematically evaluate the application effects of a TCM-optimized therapeutic protocol combining infrared therapy with moxibustion and herbal heat packs in gynecological nursing, to clarify its impact on symptom improvement, pain relief, and patient satisfaction, and to provide evidence-based support for non-pharmacological treatment of gynecological diseases.
Methods A total of 100 gynecological patients admitted to our hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were selected as research subjects. Participants were randomly divided into a study group (n=50) and a control group (n=50) using a random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing interventions, while the study group received additional TCM-optimized techniques (infrared therapy + moxibustion + herbal heat packs). Comparative analysis of symptom improvement duration, pain scores, and nursing satisfaction was conducted using SPSS26.0 software.
Results The study group showed significantly shorter symptom onset time (3.64±0.59) days and complete symptom resolution time (5.13±1.01) days compared to the control group (5.68±0.47) days and (7.24±1.43) days, respectively. Pain scores (2.18±0.12) were lower than those in the control group (3.37±0.35), and the overall satisfaction rate (100.00%) was higher (84.00%) in the study group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The TCM-optimized therapeutic protocol can significantly accelerate clinical symptom improvement, alleviate pain, and enhance nursing satisfaction in gynecological patients. Additionally, it demonstrates operational safety and cost-effectiveness, making it worthy of promotion and application in gynecological nursing.
