摘要

目的 探讨全体追踪联合针对性护理对肺癌免疫治疗联合化疗患者SAS与SDS评分影响。方法 选择2024年6月-2025年5月收治的肺癌免疫治疗联合化疗患者82例，随机分为两组，每组41例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全体追踪联合针对性护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组SAS与SDS评分、癌因性疲乏、不良反应、生活质量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 全体追踪联合针对性护理能有效改善肺癌免疫治疗联合化疗患者的SAS与SDS评分，提升患者预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive follow-up combined with targeted nursing on SAS and SDS scores in lung cancer patients undergoing immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy.
Methods A total of 82 lung cancer patients receiving immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (41 cases each). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive follow-up combined with targeted nursing. The nursing outcomes of both groups were compared.
Results The observation group showed significantly better SAS and SDS scores, cancer-related fatigue, adverse reactions, and quality of life compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive follow-up combined with targeted nursing can effectively improve SAS and SDS scores in lung cancer patients undergoing immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy, enhancing patient prognosis.
