目的 分析对比放射科患者实施优质护理和常规护理的护理效果。方法 随机选取我院放射科收治的104例患者，所有患者均在2024年1月至2025年3月接受治疗，通过随机抽签的方式将其分为观察组和对照组，每组52例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在以上基础上加以优质护理服务。观察两组疗效，对比两组患者的运动功能、遵医嘱评分和护理满意度。结果 观察组有效率与对照组相比（98.08%VS84.62%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组运动功能评分、遵医嘱评分[（65.72±6.69）、（69.17±6.83）]分，对照组运动功能评分、遵医嘱评分[（49.50±6.68）、（55.74±6.82）]分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意率96.15%，显著高于对照组护理满意率80.77%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 与常规护理相比，优质护理用于放射科患者中取得了显著疗效，能提升患者运动功能，且护理满意度较高，值得临床上进一步推广。
Objective To analyze and compare the nursing effects of high-quality care and routine care for patients in the radiology department. Methods A total of 104 patients admitted to the radiology department of our hospital were randomly selected. All patients received treatment from January 2024 to March 2025. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by drawing lots, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was provided with high-quality nursing services on this basis. Observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups, and compare the motor function, compliance score with medical advice and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the observation group (98.08% vs 84.62%) was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing care, the motor function score and compliance score of the observation group [(65.72±6.69), (69.17±6.83)] points, and those of the control group [(49.50±6.68), (55.74±6.82)] points, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.15%, significantly higher than that in the control group (80.77%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, high-quality nursing has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects in radiology patients. It can improve the motor function of patients and has a high level of nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
