安全风险管理在产科护理管理中的研究

摘要

目的 探讨安全风险管理在产科护理管理中的研究。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月内接收的产妇92例，按随机数字表分对照组和观察组，各46例。其中对照组采取常规护理管理方法，观察组采用安全风险管理。对比两组的护理管理效果。结果 干预前，两组产妇的焦虑评分方面未呈现出具有统计学意义的显著性差异（P＞0.05）。经干预后对比观察组与对照组数据发现，观察组焦虑评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组各项护理综合能力评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在产科护理管理中对产妇实施安全风险管理能有效改善其焦虑情绪，降低不良事件发生率，提高护理综合能力和对护理服务的满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application of safety risk management in obstetric nursing care.
Methods A total of 92 postpartum women admitted to 2024.1-2025.1 were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group (46 cases each) through a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing management methods, while the observation group adopted safety risk management. The effectiveness of nursing management was compared between the two groups.
Results Pre-intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups (P>0.05). Post-intervention comparison revealed that the observation group showed significantly lower anxiety scores than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group demonstrated higher comprehensive nursing competency scores (P<0.05), lower adverse event incidence (P<0.05), and greater nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing safety risk management in obstetric nursing care can effectively alleviate maternal anxiety, reduce adverse event rates, enhance nursing competency, and improve service satisfaction, demonstrating significant practical value.
