Practice and satisfaction survey of high-quality nursing services among inpatients in general surgery department
优质护理服务在普外科住院患者中的实践与满意度调查

摘要

目的 分析讨论优质护理服务在普外科住院患者中的实践与满意度调查结果。方法 选择我院2022年1月-2024年12月所接收的100例普外科住院患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（优质护理服务）与对照组（常规护理服务），对比两组心理状态、生活质量、护理质量以及满意度。结果 观察组心理状态评分[SDS（41.16±5.24）分，SAS（37.67±5.36）分]、生活质量[躯体功能（78.32±7.23）分，角色功能（76.31±8.15）分，情绪功能（79.85±6.43）分，认知功能（82.82±9.58）分，社会功能（81.56±8.37）分]、护理质量[操作技能（8.94±0.73）分，服务态度（8.78±0.65）分，责任心（8.95±0.71）分，应急能力（9.03±0.95）分]均优于对照组，满意度（94.00%）高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理服务在普外科住院患者中的实践效果明显，可提高患者满意度，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the practice and satisfaction survey results of high-quality nursing services among inpatients in general surgery.
Methods 100 inpatients of general surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group (high-quality nursing services) and a control group (routine nursing services). The psychological status, quality of life, nursing quality, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The psychological state score [SDS (41.16 ± 5.24), SAS (37.67 ± 5.36)], quality of life [physical function (78.32 ± 7.23), role function (76.31 ± 8.15), emotional function (79.85 ± 6.43), cognitive function (82.82 ± 9.58), social function (81.56 ± 8.37)], nursing quality [operational skills (8.94 ± 0.73), service attitude (8.78 ± 0.65), sense of responsibility (8.95 ± 0.71), emergency response ability (9.03 ± 0.95)] of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and satisfaction (94.00%) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The practical effect of high-quality nursing services in general surgery inpatients is significant, which can improve patient satisfaction and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
