Research on the application of fire dragon cupping combined with acupuncture therapy in acute bell's palsy patients based on the theory of meridian science
基于“经络学”理论探索火龙罐综合灸联合针刺疗法在急性期Bell麻痹患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 研究基于“经络学”理论探索火龙罐综合灸联合针刺疗法在急性期Bell麻痹患者中的应用。方法 本研究病例来源于我院针灸康复科在2024年10月-2025年6月的住院或门诊急性期Bell麻痹患者64例。按照患者就诊顺序进行编号，并使用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组（32例，实施针刺疗法）与观察组（32例，在对照组的基础上采用火龙罐综合灸疗法）。对比两组患者的干预效果。结果 经干预后，观察组在面神经功能分级、生活质量评分及整体治疗效果等方面均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性期Bell麻痹患者中实施基于“经络学”理论的火龙罐综合灸联合针刺疗法，可有效改善患者的临床症状。

Abstract

Objective Study on the application of fire dragon cupping combined with moxibustion and acupuncture therapy based on the theory of 'meridian science' in patients with acute Bell's palsy.
Methods This study included 64 patients with acute Bell's palsy who were admitted to or visited the Acupuncture Rehabilitation Department of our hospital from October 2024 to June 2025. Patients were numbered according to their order of visit and randomly assigned using a table of random numbers into a control group (32 cases, receiving acupuncture therapy) and an observation group (32 cases, receiving a combination of fire dragon cupping and moxibustion therapy in addition to the treatment given to the control group). The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.
Results After the intervention, the observation group showed significant superiority over the control group in terms of facial nerve function grading, quality of life scores, and overall treatment effectiveness (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a combined therapy of Fire Dragon Cupping and Moxibustion with Acupuncture based on the 'Meridian Theory' in patients with acute Bell's palsy can effectively improve their clinical symptoms.
