Application of health education and high-quality nursing care in obstetrics and gynecology patients in primary hospitals
健康教育和优质护理在基层医院妇产科患者中的应用

摘要

目的 讨论及研究健康教育和优质护理在基层医院妇产科患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2022年1月份至2024年12月份收治的38例患者进行研究，随机平衡法分成对照组和实验组，每组19例患者，对照组提供常规护理，实验组提供健康教育和优质护理，对比两组患者护理满意度，对疾病相关知识的知晓度，评估患者护理质量。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者护理满意度更高，p<0.05，对比患者对相关知识的知晓率，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者的护理质量，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 在基层医院妇产科中提供健康教育联合优质护理，可以提升患者的护理质量，提高患者对相关知识的知晓率，提高患者护理质量，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the application effect of health education and quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology patients in primary hospitals.
Methods A total of 38 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random balance method, with 19 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, while those in the experimental group received health education and high-quality care. The nursing satisfaction and awareness of disease-related knowledge of the two groups were compared to evaluate the quality of patient care.
Results After providing different nursing measures for the two groups of patients, the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher, p<0.05. Comparing the awareness rate of relevant knowledge of the patients, the experimental group was better than the control group, p<0.05. Evaluating the nursing quality of the patients, the experimental group was better than the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing health education combined with high-quality nursing in the obstetrics and gynecology department of primary hospitals can improve the quality of patient care, increase the awareness rate of relevant knowledge among patients, and enhance the quality of patient care. It is worthy of promotion.
