The impact of therapeutic picture book reading on venipuncture pain in hospitalized children
治疗性绘本阅读对住院患儿静脉穿刺疼痛的影响

摘要

目的 探讨治疗性绘本阅读对住院患儿静脉穿刺疼痛的影响。方法 取2024年10月至2025年4月期间，到院接受治疗且开展静脉穿刺患儿共90例，根据入院先后分为2024年10月-2024年12月常规护理路径为对照组，2025年1月-2025年4月治疗性绘本阅读管理为观察组，每组各45例。结果 护理后观察组患儿在开展静脉穿刺中的疼痛感受明显减轻，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；SAS评分显示观察组患儿在治疗中焦虑状态更轻，治疗配合度提升的同时，相较于对照组来说其一次性穿刺成功率95.56%也显著提升，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 治疗性绘本阅读对住院患儿静脉穿刺具有积极改善作用，患儿在治疗中的疼痛感受降低，临床操作中也能够通过高配合度来实现增强一次性穿刺成功的效率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of therapeutic picture book reading on venipuncture pain in hospitalized children.
Methods A total of 90 children who received treatment and underwent venipuncture at the hospital from October 2024 to April 2025 were divided into two groups based on their admission order: the control group received routine nursing care from October 2023 - December 2024, and the observation group received therapeutic picture book reading management from January 2025 - April 2025, with 45 cases in each group.
Results After nursing, the pain sensation of the observation group of children during venipuncture was significantly reduced, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The SAS score showed that the observation group had less anxiety during treatment, improved treatment compliance, and a significant increase in one-time puncture success rate of 95.56% compared to the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Therapeutic picture book reading has a positive improvement effect on venipuncture in hospitalized children, reducing their pain perception during treatment, and enhancing the efficiency of one-time puncture success through high compatibility in clinical operations.
