综合护理在系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎中的应用疗效

摘要

目的 探究综合护理对系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎（LN）患者的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月于我院确诊为LN的患者62例，随机分为观察组（31例）与对照组（31例）。结果 对照组采用常规护理及健康教育，观察组实施综合护理方案。对比两组干预后的临床疗效、肾功能指标、生活质量及护理依从性。结论 综合护理能有效改善LN患者肾功能，提升生活质量及护理依从性，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effects of comprehensive nursing on patients with lupus nephritis (LN).
Methods A total of 62 LN patients diagnosed at our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group (31 cases) and a control group (31 cases).
Results The control group received routine care and health education, while the observation group implemented a comprehensive nursing protocol. Clinical efficacy, renal function indicators, quality of life, and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups after intervention.
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing effectively improves renal function in LN patients, enhances quality of life and nursing compliance, demonstrating clinical promotion value.
