目的 分析持续性的人文关怀理念用于ICU护理的作用。方法 根据入住ICU时间均分2024年1月-2025年6月本院ICU接诊的病人（N=84）。试验组采取持续性的人文关怀理念，对照组行常规护理。对比HAMD评分等指标。结果 关于ICU治疗时间：试验组（12.57±2.67）d，对照组（16.92±3.04）d，差异显著（P＜0.05）。HAMD和HAMA评分：干预后，试验组（7.01±1.83）分、（8.35±2.03）分，对照组（10.84±2.49）分、（11.97±2.72）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组4.76%，对照组9.05%，P＜0.05。满意度：试验组95.24%，对照组78.57%，P＜0.05。结论 ICU病人用持续性的人文关怀理念，ICU住院时间显著缩短，不良情绪显著缓解，且并发症预防及满意度提升效果也都更好。
Objective To analyze the role of the concept of sustained humanistic care in ICU nursing. Methods Patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were divided equally based on their ICU stay time (N=84). The experimental group adopted a continuous humanistic care concept, while the control group received routine nursing care. Compare indicators such as HAMD scores. Results Regarding ICU treatment time, the experimental group (12.57 ± 2.67) days and the control group (16.92 ± 3.04) days showed a significant difference (P<0.05). HAMD and HAMA scores: After intervention, the experimental group scored (7.01 ± 1.83) points and (8.35 ± 2.03) points, while the control group scored (10.84 ± 2.49) points and (11.97 ± 2.72) points, with significant differences (P<0.05). Complications: 4.76% in the experimental group and 9.05% in the control group, P＜0.05. Satisfaction: 95.24% in the experimental group and 78.57% in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion With the concept of continuous humanistic care, ICU patients can significantly shorten their ICU stay, alleviate negative emotions, and achieve better results in preventing complications and improving satisfaction.
