Application of targeted high-quality nursing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery
针对性优质护理在胃肠外科手术患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析针对性优质护理在胃肠外科手术患者中的应用价值。方法 将本院于2023年9月-2024年9月收治的84例胃肠外科手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（针对性优质护理）与对照组（常规护理），对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用快速康复外科理念护理后，其手术指标（首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间）、术后疼痛评分、心理状态评分、生活质量评分（躯体功能、心理功能、社交功能、物质生活状态）均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性优质护理在胃肠外科手术患者中的应用价值显著，可有效促进其快速康复，缓解其术后疼痛，并改善其心理状态，降低并发症发生风险，从而提升其生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of targeted high-quality nursing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
Methods 84 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group (targeted high-quality nursing) and a control group (routine nursing), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After adopting the concept of rapid recovery surgery nursing, the observation group had better surgical indicators (first exhaust time, first defecation time, bowel sound recovery time, and time to get out of bed), postoperative pain score, psychological state score, and quality of life score (physical function, psychological function, social function, material life state) than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted high-quality nursing has significant application value in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery, which can effectively promote their rapid recovery, alleviate their postoperative pain, improve their psychological state, reduce the risk of complications, and thus enhance their quality of life.
