A study on the effects of exercise therapy combined with nursing and health education on knee osteoarthritis in the elderly
运动疗法联合护理健康教育对老年人膝关节骨性关节炎的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨研究运动疗法联合护理健康教育对老年人膝关节骨性关节炎的影响。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2025年4月收治40例老年人膝关节骨性关节炎患者，根据奇偶数规则法，平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用运动疗法联合护理健康教育，对比两组患者疼痛程度、关节功能、生活质量以及疾病相关知晓率。结果 护理后，观察组患者疼痛程度评分低于对照组，观察组患者关节功能评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组，且观察组患者疾病相关知晓率也高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 采用运动疗法联合护理健康教育对老年人膝关节骨性关节炎患者具有较高影响，可以减轻患者的疼痛，改善关节功能，提高生活质量以及疾病知晓率。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of exercise therapy combined with nursing and health education on knee osteoarthritis in the elderly.
Methods Forty elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even number rule. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received exercise therapy combined with nursing and health education. Pain levels, joint function, quality of life, and disease-related awareness rates were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing care, the pain level score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The joint function score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the disease-related awareness rate in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group. All differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Exercise therapy combined with nursing and health education has a significant impact on elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis, reducing pain, improving joint function, enhancing quality of life, and increasing disease awareness.
