Innovative practice and evaluation of family bed management in community general nursing
社区全科护理中家庭病床管理的创新实践与评价

摘要

目的 探究社区全科护理中家庭病床管理的创新实践模式，评价其应用效果，为优化社区家庭病床服务提供科学依据。方法 选取2024年1月-12月某社区卫生服务中心收治的60例家庭病床患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组，每组30例。对照组实施传统家庭病床管理模式，实验组实施创新家庭病床管理模式。结果 干预后，实验组患者ADL评分显著高于对照组（t=4.12，P＜0.01）；患者满意度达93.33%，明显高于对照组的70.00%（χ2=6.22，P＜0.05）；再住院率为13.33%，低于对照组的30.00%（χ2=4.87，P＜0.05）。结论 社区全科护理中创新家庭病床管理模式能够有效提升患者日常生活活动能力，提高患者满意度，降低再住院率，具有良好的应用价值和推广意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the innovative practice model of family bed management in community general nursing, evaluate its application effect, and provide a scientific basis for optimizing community family bed services.
Methods A total of 60 family bed patients admitted to a community health service center from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional family bed management model, while the experimental group implemented the innovative family bed management model.
Results After the intervention, the ADL score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=4.12, P＜0.01);the patient satisfaction rate was 93.33%,significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group (χ2=6.22, P＜0.05); the readmission rate was 13.33%,lower than 30.00%of the control group (χ2=4.87, P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The innovative family bed management model in community general nursing can effectively improve patients' activities of daily living, enhance patient satisfaction, and reduce the readmission rate, which has good application value and promotion significance.
