目的 分析在慢性荨麻疹患者的临床护理方案中应用综合性护理的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的80例慢性荨麻疹患者分40例对照组常规护理，40例观察组综合性护理。对比依从性以及护理前后的心理状态评分和自我效能评分。结果 护理前，两组患者的心理状态评分和自我效能评分对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理后，观察组Bandura自我效能评分更高，MSSNS负性心理评分更低，观察组的依从性更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 慢性荨麻疹患者中应用综合性护理可提高患者依从性，加强我自我效能输出，改善患者负性情绪。
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing plan of patients with chronic urticaria. Methods 80 patients with chronic urticaria who received medical treatment from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into a control group of 40 patients receiving routine nursing care and an observation group of 40 patients receiving comprehensive nursing care. Compare compliance and psychological state scores and self-efficacy scores before and after nursing care. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state scores and self-efficacy scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had higher Bandura self-efficacy scores, lower MSSNS negative psychological scores, and higher compliance, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic urticaria can improve patient compliance, enhance self-efficacy output, and improve negative emotions.
