The effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with wax therapy on the functional recovery of the knee joint after tibial plateau fracture surgery
循序渐进式康复护理联合蜡疗对胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能康复的效果

摘要

目的 研究分析胫骨平台骨折术后采取循序渐进式康复护理联合蜡疗方式干预对患者膝关节功能康复影响作用。方法 2022年1月-2024年12月收治胫骨平台骨折采取手术治疗患者120例，经由随机数字表划分，对照组实施术后常规护理；观察组则应用循序渐进式康复护理联合蜡疗干预；分析效果。结果 观察组患者术后膝关节功能康复情况，较对照组护理后关节功能康复良好（P＜0.05）。观察组患者并发症发病率1.67%，低于对照组11.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 胫骨平台骨折患者术后恢复阶段，循序渐进式康复护理联合蜡疗方式为其实施护理干预，能够有效促进患者术后膝关节功能康复并管控其术后并发症发病率。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with wax therapy on the functional recovery of the knee joint after tibial plateau fracture surgery.
Methods From January 2022 to December 2024, 120 patients with tibial plateau fractures who underwent surgical treatment were admitted. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table. The control group received routine postoperative care, while the observation group received progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with wax therapy. The effects were analyzed.
Results The functional recovery of the knee joint in the observation group after surgery was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67%, which was lower than 11.67% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with tibial plateau fractures during the postoperative recovery stage, the implementation of progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with wax therapy can effectively promote the functional recovery of the knee joint and control the incidence of postoperative complications.
