The effects of cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy and sacubitril valsartan sodium on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure
心脏康复运动疗法与沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对慢性心衰患者心功能与生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 研究对慢性心衰患者实施心脏康复运动疗法与沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合治疗心功能与生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月期间在本院收治的84例慢性心衰患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠，观察组采用心脏康复运动疗法联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗；比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的心功能指标优于对照组，组间差异显著（P <0.05）；观察组的运动耐力高于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组的生活质量评分相比对照组更高（P <0.05）。结论 心脏康复运动疗法与沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠结合治疗慢性心衰患者效果显著，能有效改善患者的心功能，并提高了生活质量及运动耐力，值得进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the effects of cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with sacubitril/valsartan on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital between October 2022 and October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received sacubitril/valsartan, while the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with sacubitril/valsartan; the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The cardiac function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05); the exercise tolerance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with sacubitril/valsartan is significantly effective in treating patients with chronic heart failure, effectively improving cardiac function, as well as enhancing quality of life and exercise tolerance, and is worthy of further promotion.
