Evidence-based nursing practice for safety risks in hyperbaric oxygen therapy of elderly patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning
老年CO中毒迟发脑病患者高压氧治疗中安全风险的循证护理实践

摘要

目的 探讨循证护理在老年CO中毒迟发脑病（DEACMP）患者高压氧治疗安全风险管理中的应用效果。方法 选取近3年收治的120例DEACMP老年患者，随机分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（循证护理），对比不良事件发生率、患者满意度及生命体征指标。结果 观察组不良事件发生率显著降低（χ²=8.615，P<0.05），其中氧中毒和跌倒风险控制效果最显著；循证护理在满意度和血氧稳定性方面优势显著（P<0.05）；循证护理显著提升治疗完成率（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理可有效降低高压氧治疗安全风险，提高护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on safety risk management in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for elderly patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP).
Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with DEACMP admitted in the past 3 years were randomly allocated into a control group (receiving routine care) and an observation group (receiving evidence-based nursing). The incidence rate of adverse events, patient satisfaction level, and vital signs indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly reduced (χ²=8.615, P<0.05), with the most significant effect of controlling the risk of oxygen toxicity and falls; the advantages of evidence-based care were significant in terms of satisfaction and blood oxygen stability (P<0.05); and the evidence-based care significantly improved the completion rate of treatment (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Evidence-based nursing significantly reduces safety risks in HBOT.
