家庭参与式护理在新生儿病房优质护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨家庭参与式护理在新生儿病房优质护理中的实际应用效果。方法 研究对象为我院新生儿病房于2024年10月-2025年10月收治的72例患儿，随机分为参照组（常规新生儿护理模式，n=36）和观察组（家庭参与式护理模式，n=36），比较两组新生儿生长发育指标、神经发育评分、家长护理知识及技能掌握程度。结果 干预后，观察组新生儿体重、头围、身长及神经发育评分高于参照组（P<0.05）；观察组家长对于新生儿护理知识、技能掌握程度高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 在新生儿病房优质护理中融入家庭参与式护理理念，有助于促进新生儿生长发育，提升家长照护能力，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical application effect of family-participatory nursing in high-quality nursing in neonatal wards.
Methods The research subjects were 72 children admitted to the neonatal ward of our hospital from October 2024 to October 2025. They were randomly divided into a reference group (conventional neonatal care model, n=36) and an observation group (family-participatory care model, n=36). The growth and development indicators of newborns, neurodevelopmental scores, and the mastery of parents' nursing knowledge and skills were compared between the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the scores of neonatal weight, head circumference, body length and neurodevelopment in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); The mastery of knowledge and skills of neonatal care by parents in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating the concept of family-participatory nursing into high-quality care in neonatal wards is conducive to promoting the growth and development of newborns and enhancing parents' care capabilities, and is worthy of promotion.
