玫瑰痤疮(Rosacea)临床常见面中部慢性炎症及毛细血管扩张引起的屏障功能紊乱皮肤问题,容易给人们的容貌和日常活动带来负面影响,产生焦虑情绪。2016-2025近十年洪湖市中医院皮肤美容科易生彬医师团队收集363例面部泛红、痒、丘疹、脓疱与炎症感染患者,发现98例口腔异味明显,研究发现幽门螺杆菌(HP)的细菌感染或与皮肤炎症敏感有关联性。也有临床医生注意到,秋冬季出生VD吸收的人(9-11月)可能会因为季节因素VD吸收缺乏导致身体抵抗力有所不同出现玫瑰痤疮,但这种情况与的具体关联性还没得到足够证据。通过填写调查表、检测血液中幽门螺杆菌的抗体以及统计出生月份信息(9-11月),用统计学的卡方检验和回归模型来分析数据。最终发现,患玫瑰痤疮的人群中幽门螺杆菌感染(28.5%)比例高于健康人(15.2%)。深入分析认为,这两种因素对发病的影响有时都存在且相互影响。结果提示,幽门螺杆菌感染和秋冬季出生两者同时存在或许是增加玫瑰痤疮的危险因素,这可能与人体免疫力或季节微生物环境有关。这些发现对于预防和针对不同人群制定治疗方案有帮助,但需要后续研究进一步探索幽门螺杆菌感染与秋冬季节VD吸收及玫瑰痤疮的关联性。
Rosacea is a common chronic inflammatory skin condition clinically affecting the face, which can easily have negative impacts on a person's appearance and daily activities and lead to anxiety. From 2016 to 2025, over the past ten years, the team led by Dr. Yi Shengbin in the Department of Dermatology and Aesthetics at Honghu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital collected data from 363 patients with facial flushing, itching, papules, pustules, and inflammatory infections. Among them, 98 patients had obvious oral malodor. The study found that there might be an association between Helicobacter pylori(HP) bacterial infection and skin inflammation susceptibility. Some clinicians also noticed that people born in autumn (September-November) might have different physical resistance due to seasonal and blood - type factors, resulting in rosacea, but there is not enough evidence for this specific association. By filling out questionnaires, detecting antibodies to Helicobacter pyloriin the blood, and collecting information on birth months (September-November), statistical methods such as the chi - square test and regression models were used to analyze the data. It was finally found that the proportion of Helicobacter pylori infection among rosacea patients (28.5%) was higher than that among healthy people (15.2%). In - depth analysis suggested that the effects of these two factors on the onset of the disease sometimes coexist and interact with each other. The results indicate that the co-existence of Helicobacter pylori infection and being born in autumn may be risk factors for increasing the incidence of rosacea, which may be related to human immunity or the seasonal microbial environment. These findings are helpful for prevention and formulating treatment plans for different populations, but further research is needed to explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori, seasonal factors (September - November), and rosacea.
