铁路下穿市政道路框架桥顶进施工技术研究

摘要

铁路下穿市政道路框架桥顶进施工需兼顾铁路运营安全与市政道路通行效率,当前该技术在复杂地质条件下易出现箱体偏移、路基沉降等问题。本文以解决实际施工难题为核心,分析顶进施工关键环节的技术要点,包括箱体预制精度控制、顶力计算优化、既有线路加固措施等,提出针对性技术改进方案,旨在提升施工稳定性与质量,为同类工程提供实践参考,助力铁路与市政交通基础设施建设的协同推进。

Abstract

The jacking construction of a railway underpass municipal road frame bridge must balance railway operation safety and municipal road traffic efficiency. Under complex geological conditions, this technique is prone to issues such as box structure deviation and subgrade settlement. Focusing on solving practical construction challenges, this paper analyzes the key technical aspects of the jacking process, including control of box prefabrication accuracy, optimization of jacking force calculation, and reinforcement measures for existing railway lines. Targeted technical improvement schemes are proposed to enhance construction stability and quality, providing practical references for similar projects and promoting coordinated development of railway and municipal transportation infrastructure.
