研究立足于教师教育改革背景,针对地方师范院校实践教学中存在的协同机制不畅、资源分散与培养成效不足等问题,基于协同治理理论,并结合玉溪师范学院探索,构建了高校、政府与中小学深度融合的“U-G-S”三位一体实践教学模式。该模式通过明确三方角色与权责边界,优化资源配置,完善运行机制,形成多主体协同、优势互补的教师培养体系。研究认为,该模式契合新时代教师教育高质量发展的战略方向,对地方师范院校实践教学创新探索具有重要意义。
The study is set itself in the context of teacher education reform and aims to address key issues in the practice teaching of local normal universities, including weak coordination mechanisms, scattered resources, and limited training effectiveness. Drawing on collaborative governance theory and the exploration practices of Yuxi Normal University, this study constructs a “U-G-S” trinity practice teaching model that integrates universities, government agencies, and primary and secondary schools. By clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the three parties, optimizing resource allocation, and improving the operational mechanism, the model establishes a teacher training system characterized by multi-participant collaboration and complementary advantages. The study argues that this model aligns with the strategic direction of high-quality teacher education in the new era and holds significant value for the innovation of practice teaching in local normal universities.
