优质护理在脑梗患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨优质护理在脑梗患者护理中的应用效果，为提升老年脑梗患者护理质量提供依据。方法选取2024年5月至2025年8月本院30例脑梗患者，随机分对照组和实验组各15例。对照组行常规护理，实验组实施优质护理。比较两组神经功能缺损程度（NIHSS评分）、日常生活活动能力（Barthel指数）、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 干预4周后，实验组NIHSS评分（7.32±1.85）分低于对照组（11.67±2.34）分，Barthel指数（75.46±8.72）分高于对照组（58.23±7.56）分，差异均有统计学意义；实验组并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组33.33%，护理满意度93.33%高于对照组66.67%，差异均有统计学意义。结论 对脑梗患者实施优质护理，可改善神经功能，提升活动能力，降低并发症发生率，提高满意度，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the care of patients with cerebral infarction and provide a basis for improving the quality of care for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods Thirty patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2024 to August 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received high-quality care. The degree of neurological deficit (NIHSS score), activities of daily living (Barthel index), incidence of complications and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.
Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the NIHSS score of the experimental group (7.32±1.85) points was lower than that of the control group (11.67±2.34) points, and the Barthel index (75.46±8.72) points was higher than that of the control group (58.23±7.56) points. The differences were statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was lower than 33.33% in the control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality care for patients with cerebral infarction can improve neurological function, enhance activity ability, reduce the incidence of complications, and increase satisfaction. It is suitable for promotion.
